“We are very happy in Malvern. Everyone is so friendly in the flats where they live and when they go shopping in Barnards Green. Malvern Welcomes has been nominated for the Improving Lives award at the Pride of Malvern Hills Community Awards 2019. We are delighted to see this recognition of the amazing team effort of so many committed volunteers who give generously of their time. AGM and Open Meeting
Malvern Welcomes held its AGM and Open meeting on Thursday October 11th. We have now been a registered charity for just over a year and what a busy year it has been! The meeting was attended by over 60 people, who enjoyed delicious homemade baklava, made by one of the refugee families.
